Raju has a great and amazing driving skills. He was very punctual in our trip. Never delayed in any location. Though there are Ghat roads for few hours from kodai road to the city, he drove very good and dropped us to hotel on time. Regarding the valley tour: All the locations are amazing. The driver is very friendly and understandable. He is very humble in nature.

This was my first visit to Kodaikanal and I had a very good sight seeing expereince - thanks to Saraswati travels. The person who took us around - Mr. Sasi Kumar was very cordial and showed us a lot of places in our short stay of 2 days. Dear Mr.Ravikumar Thanks for your service during our Stay in Kodai for 3 days. All the Drivers had Local knowledge and was able to take us without any Problem Also they were very polite and Gentle. Even though we planned to reach Madurai by evening 6pm , we landed only at about 10.30pm due to our flight delay.But in spite of this delay your Driver was waiting for us and took us to Kodai by 1.30pm without any complaint. Also your info on buying SPice and other items was very valuable and we could get genuine products. Thanks once again for making our trip enjoyable. I generally plan well for any such trip and always have a fear about Booking a car for our Travel, but with your Team of Drivers i had no problem and didn't worry about booking a car on my own. One point i want to be considered is that most of the Trips gets completed by Afternoon and we get dropped at our Hotel , we do not have any Option for getting a ride to lake etc in the evening to spend our time. ( Of course i am sure if i had asked for it you would have provided). Hence request you to add that option in your plan. Once again thanks for you and your team made our trip enjoyable. The important thing was that our trip kodai was to celebrate our 25th wedding Anniversary and i did not want any problem during our stay. Once again thanks for you and your team for making our trip an enjoyable one.

I come across saraswathi tours via web search booked via mail mr sashi is very responsive he replied to each mail and every sms.Booking price is also friendly to pocket, the best thing is the driver they are very polite especially mr ravi who picked me from KQN station nice person dropped on time also i made him stop two times on the way for food but he stopped happily morning other driver picked me with family from hotel cover near by sight seeing point in 5 hours and dropped back to hotel.I really appreciate their service.

Cab drivers were very good. Accommodation is very good but no 24 hours hot water facility..(hot water was available only at morning 6 to 9).Room was very clean and neat.Over all it is very good and memorable trip for us. Thank you sir.
